Event Setup Service (per hour)

Our team will handle the setup of your hired furniture and equipment at your event location. This includes placement according to your floor plan, assembly of items where required, and ensuring everything is properly positioned for your event

• Minimum 1-hour booking required
• Service available only in conjunction with furniture/equipment hire
• Additional charges apply for setup outside of standard business hours (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
• Client must ensure venue access, parking, and elevator/loading dock availability
• Service not available for residential addresses without prior assessment
• Setup location must be clear and ready for furniture placement
• Floor plan/layout must be provided minimum 24 hours before setup
• Venue restrictions or access limitations must be disclosed at time of booking
