Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure the booking for your event date. Check our terms and conditions for more info.

What payment methods do you take?
Our preferred payment method is if you can checkout & pay directly through our website. If this isn't viable for you for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange alternative payment for your booking.

How many guests can you cater for?
It depends a bit on which furniture you need, but all in all we have capacity for approx. 300 guests with our current inventory. We do encourage you to tell us a bit more about your event before booking.

How much notice do you need for my booking?
The sooner the better! Weekends can sell out really quickly and we'd hate for you to miss out. We can edit your booking quantities up until a week before your event if you're waiting for RSVPs.

I don't know what I need... Can you help me pick the right equipment?
Of course we can! If you're not sure where to start send us an email or fill out our quote form with as much info as possible.

Do you take a security bond?
Yes, all bookings require a bond. This amount will depend on your total order size & contents.

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before returning?
Yes, please return the hire equipment in a way you would expect to receive it. 

*Chair covers, dry bar covers and table cloths will be washed by us on return.

Can I come and view the items?
To keep our prices as competitive as possible we don't have a store. Most items are available to view on this website. Send us an email for more info or check out our Facebook or Instagram page.

What is the minimum hire period?

The minimum hire period is 24 hours. Equipment is rented on a per-day basis.

Can I extend the hire period?

Hire extensions may be possible depending on other bookings. Please contact us to discuss, and we'll advise if it's possible.

Do you offer setup and breakdown services?

We generally do not offer a setup service; the furniture is delivered to your property, and it is your responsibility to set it up and pack it down after use. If your venue is not located on the ground floor, or is inaccessible for a vehicle with a trailer, please alert us before making your booking.

Do you offer pick-up from your warehouse?

We generally don't offer pick-up from our warehouse location; most of our customers prefer us to deliver directly to them.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during my hire period?

If there is any damage or mishaps to the equipment during your hire period, you may be liable to cover the cost of damages from your security deposit.

What are the terms for event amendments and cancellations?

For event amendments and cancellations, you may incur a booking forfeit cost, depending on how close to the event date you cancel. Please refer to our service Terms and Conditions.
